Guest Contributor (“You”) agrees to allow Life Coach Magazine to publish original articles written by You, as well as any quotes, responses, images, or other content You submit (collectively, the “Content”), on the Life Coach Magazine website (“lifecoachmagazine.com”), applications, and its subdomains, as well as the websites, applications, social media channels, and other platforms of Life Coach Magazine and its partners.
You grant Life Coach Magazine the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to publish, syndicate, distribute, share, and otherwise use all or any portion of the Content, in any language, worldwide, under the most flexible Creative Commons license for maximum distribution. This includes, without limitation, the right to use the Content on Life Coach Magazine’s social media accounts, marketing materials, newsletters, or other promotional channels.
You grant Life Coach Magazine the right to use Your name, likeness, biographical information, and the logo of Your website (if applicable), in connection with the Content.
Except for the rights granted to Life Coach Magazine in this agreement, You retain all rights, including copyright, in the Content.
You represent and warrant that You have the right to grant these rights; that the Content is original or otherwise lawfully provided by You; that it does not knowingly contain any untrue statements, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party; and that all statements in the Content that are asserted as facts are true and/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy.
Life Coach Magazine reserves the right to remove from lifecoachmagazine.com or any of its channels any Content that violates its publishing standards.
Life Coach Magazine may illustrate the Content and alter Your original headline. You grant Life Coach Magazine the right to edit the Content for length, tone, and formatting, and to correct grammar, readability, usage, or punctuation before publication. Content published on Life Coach Magazine and its channels will remain in perpetuity.
Neither You nor Life Coach Magazine may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the other party. Any attempt to assign this Agreement in violation of this Section shall be null and void.
This Agreement will not be construed to and does not create a relationship of agency, partnership, employment, joint venture, or any other fiduciary relationship between the parties.
Either party may cancel this agreement at any time. Upon termination, Life Coach Magazine will stop syndicating new content, but all Content submitted and published prior to cancellation will remain with Life Coach Magazine.
By submitting Content to Life Coach Magazine, You indicate acceptance of these terms.
